Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Accreditation is valid for a specific period of time and must be renewed on a regular basis to ensure that the organization continues to meet ASOSH's standards for occupational safety and health and partnership standards.
  2. Accredited organizations must comply with all ASOSH standards and requirements, including but not limited to policies and procedures related to hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  3. Accredited organizations must maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to their occupational safety and health practices.
  4. Accredited organizations must agree to cooperate with ASOSH's accreditation team and provide all necessary documentation and information during the accreditation process.
  5. Accredited organizations must comply with all applicable laws and regulations,

  6. ASOSH reserves the right to revoke or suspend accreditation at any time if an organization or individual fails to meet ASOSH's standards and requirements.
  7. Accredited organizations must agree to use the ASOSH accreditation logo and trademark only in accordance with ASOSH's guidelines and policies.
  8. Accredited organizations must agree to notify ASOSH in writing of any changes to their occupational safety and health practices, policies, or personnel.
  9. Accredited organizations must agree to pay all fees associated with the accreditation process and any subsequent renewals.
